SealSMART is a process aimed at improving Plan Sealing times through self-certification of applications by accredited consultants.

Saunders Havill Group was the first surveyor in Brisbane to be accredited for SealSMART. SealSMART enables a consultant to liaise with Council, engage relevant professionals and provide certification that development approval conditions have been complied with. Provided that the application meets all eligibility requirements, Council seals SealSMART subdivision plans within 5 business days, a significant saving at a crucial stage of a project.
