The whole Saunders Havill Group workforce including managers and supervisors are trained in identifying risks within the workplace according to controlled procedure PRO-012 Risk Management. Risk management training is of high importance within our company to encourage safe behaviour and to become an instinctual personal performance for all of our employees.

Our Integrated Management System is one we take pride in. Continual improvement is of foundational importance to the ongoing success of the IMS, and reporting of improvement suggestions and non-conformances are proactively encouraged. Non-conformances/compliances are managed using u2018improvement requestsu2019. This systemised method of identifying system improvements includes the identification and assigning of a list of actions that are tracked through to closure.
